A breakthrough has emerged in the Haridwar Nihang Sikh issue after senior police and administrative officials held talks with Nihang leaders. SSP Navneet Singh Bhullar said an SIT has been formed to ensure a fair investigation, while allegations against police personnel are also being probed.
