When a Bonsai Changes Your Plans
In this video I’m working on my Katsura maple bonsai and focusing on one of the most important parts of bonsai development — making decisions. During this project I explore: • possible front angles, • future structure, • air layering options, • wound refinement, • healing improvements, • and changing the original design plan during the work. Sometimes the first idea is not the best one, and bonsai teaches us how to adapt and work together with the tree over time. This is still only one step in a long journey, but I hope this video will give you some inspiration for your own trees. #bonsai #bonsaibeginner #bonsaimaple #bonsaiprocess #bonsaipropagation #bonsaistyling #bonsaitransformation #bonsaitree
