Is Ha Long Bay Worth $177?

We took a cruise in Ha Long bay where we visited Titop Island, went kayaking through Hang Luong Cave, and walked through Sung Sot Cave. There was a buffet included and despite our last experience with cruise food it was actually pretty good food. Overall the day was beautiful, each location was simply stunning. It was entirely exhausting climbing up Titop but the kayaking was surprisingly chill (at least after navigating the crowd of people boarding and disembarking from their kayaks), likely because it was at our own pace. Finally, Hang Luong cave was massive and I couldn't help but feel like caves must be inherently unhealthy, primarly because of the presumed lack of ventilation and seemingly perfect environment for mold to grow. Not to mention the different minerals that may be floating around (thinking about silicosis). Anyway, the day in total cost us $177 which is a bit more than our typical outings cost but for two people not bad overall. 00:00 Intro 00:19 Welcome Aboard! 01:39 Kissing Chicken Rock 02:20 Climbing Titop Island 09:04 Kayaking in Hang Luong Cave 14:59 Sung Sot Cave 20:16 Today's Costs 20:35 About Me
