I've made this delicious authentic Italian flatbread probably 10 or 12 times this past month and everywhere I've taken this bread people have asked for the recipe so I am sharing it with you here! No kneading and no proofing the yeast for a quick and easy versatile bread that's perfect for pizza or to serve with soups. I found some odds and ends around my house to make a really pretty centerpiece that I think you'll like and I also spent some time in the garden getting the soil ready for planting and it's resulted in some sore muscles! Brush some olive oil on a parchment lined baking sheet and pat the dough onto it. Let rest another 20 minutes.
