enault Kangoo 3 – Chińskie radio Android i problem ze sterowaniem z kierownicy (Canbus Raise)

Hi, in this video, I'm showing a problem I encountered after installing a new Android radio in a Renault Kangoo 3 (model from 2023). I used a dedicated wiring harness with a Can-Bus decoder from Raise. Interestingly, most functions work perfectly: The backlighting and turning on the headlights are detected correctly. Engaging in reverse automatically activates the rearview camera. Unfortunately, the radio doesn't respond to the steering wheel controls (SWC) at all. I've already tried the basic configuration in the factory settings, but to no avail. I've checked the following: 1. Selecting the protocol in the factory settings (selecting the appropriate Raise Renault model). 2. Physically connecting the Key1/Key2 wires (although with Can-Bus, the signal should be digital). Has anyone experienced a similar problem in a Renault Kangoo 3, Dacia Jogger, Sandero III, or Nissan Townstar with a Raise decoder and knows how to solve it? Is this a matter of incorrect model selection in the menu (e.g., you need to select a different Renault model), or is there a missing jumper in the wiring? Please let me know in the comments!
