TRT Changed My Life. But Not How I Expected

Nine months ago, I started testosterone replacement therapy. TRT has dramatically improved my mood, motivation, energy, and drive. But the biggest lesson I’ve learned is that TRT was not the transformation itself. It didn’t do the workouts for me. It didn’t improve my nutrition, fix my sleep, or automatically rebuild the areas of my life I had neglected. What it did was make those things feel possible again. In this video, I share my own experience with TRT while speaking with experienced hormone providers about: The difference between TRT and steroid abuse Common myths and misinformation about testosterone Whether testosterone can be improved naturally The relationship between low testosterone and lifestyle Realistic timelines and expectations Why TRT works differently for different people What responsible treatment and monitoring look like For years, I viewed testosterone as cheating or taking a shortcut. After nine months of treatment, I see it very differently. TRT did not replace the work. It helped restore my energy, motivation, and ability to engage with the work again.
