We currently live in a time where it seems acceptable to express ones views with forces such as war, terrorist activity or killing sprees. People fight because of nationality, religion, political views or simply with blind rage which claims the lives of many innocent people. The anti war song ‘Brothers in Arms’ by Dire Straits is as relevant today as it was when written by Mark Knopfler 30 years ago. I wish to dedicate my very personal interpretation of this song to all who have been affected by this violence and also to encourage us to reflect on what unites us: We are all people who share one planet. Therefore we should live with one another and not against each other.
