Vietnam War- Part 1 Don Hammett remembers his time in Vietnam. He was wounded at Lo Giang 2-8-68
Don Hammett served in 2nd Platoon, which all but four men were killed or wounded at the battle at Lo Giang. Don was wounded by shrapnel from a mortar round, but returned to the Gunfighters in June. He served two tours in Vietnam.
