Cluck Old Hen, fiddle lesson

Cluck Old Hen is a tune played both in old time and bluegrass, and in this fiddle lesson I show a variety of approaches to shuffles (the Georgia Shuffle), open string drones, and improvisation using minor pentatonic scales, and blues scales. Cluck old hen is a tune where fiddlers often attempt chicken imitations, and I demonstrate a few techniques for scratching and clucking.
