Madlanga Commission | Feroz Khan's in-camera application withdrawn

Suspended Crime Intelligence deputy head Major General Feroz Khan's legal team has withdrawn the application for his testimony before the Madlanga Commission to be heard in camera. The withdrawal comes after the Commission rejected Advocate Zubair Khan's request to keep the application pending indefinitely. The Commission ruled that Zubair Khan had to either argue the application as it stood or withdraw it and file a fresh application at a later stage.
