Porsche GT4 RS Flying Lap: 2:37.77 at Spa-Francorchamps | RMA April 2026

Very happy with this lap! This was my fastest time so far at Spa: 2:37.77 in the Porsche GT4 RS during the RMA April 2026 trackday. I know I went outside track limits at Blanchimont, but: 1) The speed was identical to previous laps, so there was no real gain. 2) The car actually had four loose bolts and a slightly moving rear‑right wheel — something I only discovered afterward. That explained the strange movements I felt, especially on throttle release before Blanchimont. Given that, I’m honestly impressed the car held together and still managed such a quick lap. I feel I was very close to the limit here. There’s still some potential time in Eau Rouge and Puhon, but pushing harder there comes with real risk. RaceChrono showed an optimal of 2:37.02, and I believe a high 2:35 could be possible with a perfect run. This is a big improvement from my previous 2:42, which was my very first track day with this car. I’m finally starting to feel like I can really drive the GT4 RS the way it deserves.
