Hi, I am Eileen. Today’s video is about what I usually save and splurge on. While I love luxury shopping, I don't believe you have to dress head to toe in designer brands. In this video I reveal what luxury items I think are worth splurging my money on. For example, I definitely spend good money on fine jewelry, but I'd not buy Chanel costume jewelry.
