World Industries Wet Willy 8.25 Deck Review W Andrew Cannon
Comment below what skate product I should review next! This was the first time in a LONG time that I skated a World Industries board. I had a short stint as a pro for them after I finished college and when I started doing all the contest announcing. It was fun but didn't last super long and then in 2013 I got the job at Santa Cruz and soon realized I was a better brand manager than I was a pro skater, which was just fine. Okay, enough story time. This board is an 8.25 x 31.875 and it has a 14.25 inch wheelbase. I didn't show this in the video but the nose is a degree steeper than the tail, which for me can be really challenging when it comes to nollie tricks. These are 7 ply Canadian maple pressed in the USA. *World Industries did send me this board to skate and I wanted to do a review on it because it was genuinely fun and rad that they are making Wet Willy boards again.
