Hey 👋 My name is Edith. I was born in June 1961. I'm a freelance journalist (culture section for newspapers and radio), an artist, and have been fully disabled for 15 years. Due to my bipolar disorder (severe disability) and various other illnesses, this channel focuses heavily on mental health and its impact on a healthy life. We don't just chant "Om" or anything like that here; we also take a critical look at people's feelings 😎 I live a socially isolated life, spend my summers camping at a lake, follow a ketogenic diet (alternating with low-carb), and don't drink alcohol... and that's reflected in my videos!
