Rain After Two Months | Traditional Recipe "Fesenjan" & Rice

After two months of hot summer days, our village finally received rain, and the weather turned cool. 🌧️ While my sister took care of the horse, chickens, and little dog 🐴🐓🐕, my mother prepared a traditional recipe passed down from my grandmother. She cooked chicken with spices, onions, and crushed walnuts, letting it slowly simmer for two hours. Alongside, she made Persian rice (kateh style) 🍚🍗.
