After two months of hot summer days, our village finally received rain, and the weather turned cool. š§ļø While my sister took care of the horse, chickens, and little dog š“šš, my mother prepared a traditional recipe passed down from my grandmother. She cooked chicken with spices, onions, and crushed walnuts, letting it slowly simmer for two hours. Alongside, she made Persian rice (kateh style) šš.
