Another absolute really nice EUC wheel arrives 😮‍🔥⚡ this time unboxing my friend’s brand new Leaperkim Sherman-L. Ordered from Nextgen Mobility and somehow landed at the doorstep in under 48 hours. That' seriously impressive. Massive shoutout to Rob over at Nextgen for what might genuinely be the best customer service experience we’ve seen in the PEV world. The Sherman-L already has a reputation for being one of the ultimate long range cruiser wheels, but opening the box and seeing it in person is something else entirely. Huge, premium, incredibly solid, and built like a tank ready for adventure. What really stood out though was the level of service. Rob once actually tried contacting a friend with questions about the order before shipping, but since the number wasn’t recognized the calls got ignored 😅. Instead of giving up or delaying things, he literally found him on Facebook just to get the answers needed so the wheel could dispatch on time. After years dealing with PEV vendors, that kind of effort is almost unheard of these days. Truly refreshing to see someone care that much about the customer experience.
