Is that possible?” With tattoo removal, we can remove just a part of the tattoo, or the whole tattoo itself. Karen in Orange asks “How much does tattoo removal cost? How can I make sure that I get a good treatment but don’t pay too much?” It is very important to make sure that when you are seeking tattoo removal, to make sure the practitioner have multiple technologies to handle the different kinds of ink as well as skin types. It is also important they understand how to space treatments out and care for the fading tattoo, so less treatments are needed, thus lowering the cost to the patient. Lorita in Summerville asks “How much does tattoo removal hurt? Can you tell how many treatments I am going to need or are required and what will it look like at the end?” Everyone experiences discomfort differently but for those who are more sensitive, the area can be numbed with local anesthetic. It is difficult to predict how many treatments will be needed to achieve the desired results. Skin types, as well as tattoo types, each of which react differently to laser light. Keep the tattoo out of the sun and take general care of it and it will heal up great. As tattoos gain popularity, so does the need for tattoo removal.
