WineXpert Stags Leap District Merlot Part 3

This is the third installment in the adventure of making a red wine kit. Not just any kit, this is a WineXpert (yes, that's how it's spelled) "Eclipse" premium kit with Merlot juice and grape skins from the famous Stags Leap District in California. In this video, we see how to rack and deal with problems that can occur during racking. This footage was lost during the pandemic. I thought it was gone until I was culling through SD cards and found that I still had it. It's a short video, but details the steps I went through.
