This is what it is and this iis what it do! WE mess with ALL the bars pullups, 50 a clip, push ups, 50, 75, a clip, the the dips, 50, 80, a clip, then then the 120 pound Barbell, alternating curls and ecentricks! (get it), lolthen the bench, (darness1234) 5x10 175, D_money 215, 5x15, manifest, 250 5X10, we go at our own pace and just get it done, im staying on the lite sytuff riter now because thats the mood that im in, manifest and D-money on some ole beast shit rite now! but this is what happens when you surround your self with folks like this,if you wanna smoke? go hang with smokers, if you wann have drama? go hang with that type, if you are trying to loose pounds???? cmon you allready know, you dont have to noe love them but they are not helping, if you was a alcoholic? and all of your freinds drink? how are you going to make a change if youe being ENabled to do the stuff your trying to quit? think about it?if you dont want to be boxed in with lest say??? a lose women? and every body knows the nasty things she does? then why hang with her? in other words, just do it allready every body knows what makes you fat, and what makes you healty at this point, hit me up if you ready
