Ryobi 40V Charger Itself Not Working? Not Charging, No Light: 2 Scenarios

When the ryobi 40v charger is not charging or not working, most likely due to the following scenarios Scenario 1: Flashing red and green This is less likely due to the charger issue. Most likely due to the battery itself, reset to fix. Scenario 2: No light at all Most likely due to the charger itself. Check the output voltage of the adapter. Mine is around 42V. If adapter working fine but still no light, open the ryobi charger cover. Check for any sign of burning. Check the capacitor, diode and other electronic components.
