Got a couple requests for this so I thought it'd be a good idea. Plenty of nice sleepy relaxing triggers and sounds. Calm deep breathing, heartbeat sounds, and whispers. I made the sound in the right ear muffled with a heartbeat and the left ear regular so it sounds as realistic as possible.
