The death toll among Israelis has risen to two following a shooting incident during clashes with settlers who launched a large-scale attack on the village of Tell, southwest of Nablus in the West Bank. The area witnessed fierce confrontations after dozens of settlers stormed the outskirts of the village, attacking homes and agricultural lands under the protection of Israeli forces. In response, the Israeli army declared a large-scale security alert and deployed reinforcements to the vicinity of Tell and nearby settlements such as Havat Gilad, imposing a tight siege on surrounding villages. There are escalating demands from extremist leaders within Israeli decision-making circles for military operations and large-scale incursions into nearby towns and villages, further increasing the risk of a deterioration in the situation.
