Day 390 of traveling across China, living in my car. After leaving Xinjiang, I arrived in Dunhua City, Yanbian, Jilin! Camping overnight alone in a park, I enjoyed a delicious 12-yuan stone pot bibimbap! It was so good! During this time, I've been camping in the Riverside Park in Yanji City. Yanji City has a great environment, beautiful scenery, and lots of delicious food! I got up early to pack my things and then went to the morning market for breakfast. Today's breakfast was a 7-yuan egg and lean pork rice noodle roll, which was still delicious! The rice noodle roll was very thin, and the sauce was perfectly seasoned! After breakfast, I fully charged my car and set off for Dunhua City. The journey from Yanji to Dunhua City is over 130 kilometers. The road conditions were average, with occasional sections of broken road. The weather was so-so today, alternating between rain and sunshine, and the wind was strong. If I drove even a little faster, the car would shake a bit. I had to drive slowly. The scenery along the way was beautiful, with lush forests and rice seedlings planted in the fields. The scene of spring planting always fills one with hope. Around 4 pm, I arrived in Dunhua City and spent 15 yuan at a public bathhouse for a bath. I felt so refreshed! Tonight's dinner was a 12-yuan stone pot bibimbap. It was fragrant, steaming hot, and really delicious! Stone pot bibimbap is a classic dish of the Yanbian Korean ethnic group. The rice is served in a heavy black earthenware stone pot, neatly topped with colorful seasonal vegetables such as spinach, carrots, bean sprouts, and bellflower root, along with a tender runny egg and a secret spicy sauce. Stir it vigorously while it's hot; the sweet and spicy sauce, the refreshing vegetables, the crispy rice crust, and the aroma of the rice blend perfectly, making every bite a rich and layered experience. At 8 PM, I arrived at the Jiangbin Park parking lot in Dunhua City.
