What does my Soul want? Am I living my life, am I listening to my Soul?" If this connection is absent and we don't place ourselves at the center of our lives, don't live according to our own script, a huge amount of energy will be wasted on clinging to an incorrect "double" path. All forces will pull us back to our original path. ♦️Treating the Earth as an incarnation experience If we don't accept the difficult programs present in the Earth's noosphere, we find it difficult to come to terms with the laws of life on Earth. We don't fully transmit our energy into the Earth, we don't "ground ourselves," and we don't fully receive the energy resources from the Earth. Hence the lack of energy: we work as a generator of our own resources, and we waste energy on not accepting humanity and the Earth. We often confuse the energy of the Earth as a spiritual consciousness with the collective programs of humanity. We don't accept the Earth, but in fact, we don't accept what humanity manifests. We need to understand and acknowledge this in order to bring our relationship with the Earth as a spiritual being to a standard state. When you become aware of your incarnation, it's important to realize that this is a cosmic mission. In this incarnation, you have come to this amazing planet to visit this amazing consciousness. The Earth fully supplies our physical, emotional, and mental etheric bodies. The act of accepting these energies depletes a great deal of our resources. ♦️There's not enough energy in the physical body. Therefore, any methods of replenishing physical energy, such as movement, some kind of energy practices to fill the chakras, proper hydration, proper nutrition, stretching, exercise, listening to your body, and establishing a connection with it, will generate a tremendous amount of energy, release it, and return it to your life to fulfill your plan. ♦️Blocks and Programs of Our Emotional Body Grievances, fears, destructive thoughts, discontent, judgment, moralizing—all these scenarios of incorrect emotional experience retain a colossal amount of energy. Instead of realizing our purpose, life energy will be spent on fitting into some personal scenario. ♦️Thoughts Difficult mental attitudes also cause us to get stuck in certain scenarios and react to certain events, attracting them. Energy also drains there, instead of simply surrendering to the flow of life and realizing the creation of one's reality. ♦️Programs: Life not for oneself, but for others. Saving parents, children In this model of behavior, we seem to fit into a certain role and, in this role, begin to act according to someone else's scenarios or the scenarios of 3D space. And then we go through several cycles of living out someone else's scenarios without living out our own. Energy is not given to us at such moments, because energy is given only for living out our own scenarios. ♦️We pay too much attention to knowledge and very little to implementation Energy stagnates, not transforming from idea into matter, into action. At some point, it stops flowing to us because our cup is already filled to the brim. It's time for us to give, time for us to do, but we don't. That is, we are only in some kind of mental state of being filled, but we need to act, then the energy will flow. The flow of energy itself is also a factor that influences how much energy we have to live our incarnation. If we don't give well, if we don't share information, energy, resources, knowledge, or love well, then we develop "clots," a stagnation in the energy river.
