Making Book Matched Guitar Tops, Band Saw Upgrades
To make book matched tops for guitar body's, I first need to add a 6" riser to get the necessary height. You'd need about a 7" wide cut for most electric guitars that are about 12.5 to 13" wide. My band saw couldn't even do that, so I made the riser. I had a welder and the materials I needed, so that's what I used.
