Capture of Fugitive Teenagers = Involved in Assaults and with Arrest Warrants. Today, two teenagers were arrested aboard a motorcycle without a license plate or chassis number. The driver has three arrest warrants for homicide, aggravated robbery, and serious injuries. The passenger has three prior convictions for aggravated robbery and was carrying a firearm. In addition, both were recently charged with three robberies at Biggie stores and five Bolt drivers. Both had escaped from the Itauguá school on July 5; however, one of them was recaptured the same day and, after a week, was released with time restrictions and a weapons ban.
