Two Vigilantes & One Tired Caterpillar {MHA PODFIC}

I hope you enjoy and I posted it a little layer then plan since it wasn't working sadly. ⚠️TW: Referanced child abuse. It's obviously not heavily detailed but it's mentioned.⚠️ Summary: Izuku and Katsuki are both diagnosed as quirkless and are both dumped off at a local group home. They meet All Might, their favorite hero, and the man tells them that they can not be heroes. They make the decision of becoming vigilantes where they meet Eraserhead and drive him batty with their antics where he decides to give them both proper training and hopefully adopt the two boys in the end.
