Why ContraPoints is WRONG About Autogynephilia (Ft. Phil Illy) 💎 This video is six years old, but ‪@phililly‬ does a fantastic job at challenging Natalie's arguments and why her statements do not refute the theory of autogynephilia at all. Despite AGP being derived from a sexual orientation, it does not refute the scientifically proven downstream effect of gender dysphoria and the formation of a female identity. It is not simply a 'fetish' as many gender criticals claim it to be, despite the progression of AGP and gender dysphoria originating from a paraphilia. I believe understanding AGP is integral to raising awareness of the science behind it, acknowledging how the severity from some severe forms of AGP is immutable, and potentially legitimising the need for medical transition of even small a percentage of transexuals even further.
