I rented a bike and photographed throughout different neighborhoods with my Fuji X-T4. Palermo is beautiful, but it took me some time to find my rhythm. The city’s complexity is present in its streets. It has its history with the maffia, and currently it faces challenges like poverty, the impact of climate change, and mass tourism, which made me more conscious of how and where I photographed. As a street photographer, I took it step by step, also making more contant with the residents. Once I let the city guide me, I found moments of peace in the chaos, and mostly, endless inspiration. Every corner seemed to hold a story, and the atmosphere pulled me in. Palermo has a unique intensity that makes it hard to forget — and even harder not to return to. #streetphotography #palermo #fujixt4 Thank you! Julie
