Börek Rezept (Sigara Börek) | Fingerfood | Vegetarische Rezepte 🔝😋✅

Sigara Börek easily and quickly with Yufka Pastry Sheets. Perfect as finger food or as an accompaniment to a salad. You can vary the filling as you like. I used a mixture of creamy soft cheese (also known as Danish soft cheese) and a feta-style white cheese (made from cow's milk). If the cheese tastes too salty for you, you can mix it with some cream cheese. Onion and mint are optional. The Sigara Börek are often only filled with cheese. However, I find that the onions and herbs make the Börek tastier. If you want, you can prepare the Sigara Börek in advance, wrap them in cling film and then either freeze them (as shown in the video) or store them in the fridge overnight. The yufka pastry leaves required for this recipe can be found in every Turkish supermarket and also in the refrigerated section of some large, well-stocked supermarkets. If you can't find triangular shaped yufka pastry sheets, you can also cut rectangular or round yufka leaves. If necessary, the recipe also works with filo dough. However, you should (depending on the thickness of the dough) use more than 1 layer. The Sigara Börek are very crispy immediately after frying, but later become soft. If you like them crispy, you can either fry them twice (leave them light the first time and take them out and fry them again when they are all done) or bake them in the oven (after frying) at 50 - 100°C (convection oven). _____________________________________________________ 💖 If you like my recipes, I would be very happy if you like the video, share it with your friends and/or at least comment with an emoji.
