Last session, the party pushed deeper into the ruins of Braccus Rex — unlocking sealed chambers with skulls, battling the necromancers Rask and Grwick, and uncovering cursed relics hidden beneath the tower. A cursed chest was cleansed. Lord Withermoore was finally freed. Ancient Source barriers fell. And the tower gave up its secrets one room at a time. Including a hidden chamber reached through a pipe. Because apparently that’s how we do archaeology now. After leaving the ruins, the party crossed paths with the Historian and survived another brutal fight against skeletal guardians before pushing north through the swamp. Then Rivellon reminded everyone exactly where they are. A Voidwoken Deep-Dweller erupted from the marsh alongside a host of undead horrors — Cryomancers, Swashbucklers, and worse — all descending on Sebille in one of the hardest fights of the campaign so far. Against all logic, the party survived.
