Trump protester and anti-ICE protesters clash in Portland, ME after deadly shooting

Emotions remain extremely high more than 24 hours after a young man was shot and killed by ICE in Biddeford. A federal immigration officer fatally shot 26-year-old Johan Sebastian Guerrero in Biddeford on Monday morning. ICE said in a statement that Guerrero was fleeing the scene during an enforcement action. However, Guerrero was not the intended target of the ICE operation.
