Friday, July 24, 2026 The Summarecon Bekasi TOD (Transit Oriented Development) project is a strategic collaboration between PT Summarecon Agung Tbk and PT KAI (Persero) to connect the Summarecon area directly to Bekasi Station. ​This project's initiation began with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the development of an integrated area based on mass transportation. ​Key Points of the Summarecon Bekasi TOD Project ​Station Extension: Addition and expansion of the Bekasi Station building/access on the north side to facilitate passenger flow. ​Connecting Skybridge: Construction of a pedestrian bridge/airport access (skybridge) directly connecting the Summarecon Bekasi area to Bekasi Station. ​Transportation Mode Integration: Designed to connect residents and commuters to key public transportation services such as the KRL Commuter Line, as well as connecting access to other modes (such as feeder/LRT).
