⚡ Big City Contract: Concrete & Cables! 🚧 Mecalac 15MWR & TA9 👷 FS25

➖➖➖➖ 👉 DESCRIPTION 👈 ➖➖➖➖ In this new mission, we're taking on a key project for the development of a growing area: the installation of an underground electrical conduit network ⚡, including prefabricated concrete utility boxes 🧱 with reinforced covers 🔩. The project has been commissioned by the local council 🏛️, and our company was selected thanks to its experience and specialized equipment 👷‍♂️👷‍♀️. We started at the construction warehouse 🏗️, where we loaded all the necessary materials: pipes, utility boxes, and covers. For this task, we used the Mercedes Antos 🚛 with HIAB crane 🪝, perfect for loading materials from the racks onto the truck with precision and safety. At the same time, we prepared the heavy machinery for the job: the Mecalac TA9 dumper 🚜, in charge of transporting materials along the trench, and the Mecalac 15MWR excavator 🚧, responsible for digging and placing the utility boxes with precision. Both machines are already on site 📍, ready to begin work. With all equipment in position, we continue with the installation of the electrical conduits, using the 15MWR excavator and TA9 dumper to handle and distribute the components along the planned route. For on-site logistics, we are now using the Mercedes Arocs multilift with HIAB crane 🪝, which transports the pipes and concrete boxes directly from the truck into the trench. Once the installation is complete, it's time to protect and reinforce the system: we’ll backfill the trench with concrete 🧱 to ensure a solid and long-lasting foundation. For this, we’re using the Mercedes Arocs 8x4 🏋️ with concrete tipping box, which must head to the concrete plant 🏭 for loading before returning to the site for final pouring. 🎥 Don’t miss this new episode full of machinery, hard work, and the satisfaction of transforming a space step by step.
