In this video, I’m sharing a gentle look through my 2025/2026 creative journal and talking about why I started it, how I approached it and why I didn’t quite get as far as I thought I would. This is a calm, honest chat about art journaling, creativity, finding time to make and the reality of tying to build a creative habit alongside everyday life. After looking through my journal, the video moves into a little wander around Moss Room Studios, the creative space above Wickwood Cottage where I paint, film, play with ideas and make room for slower creative moments. There’s also a tiny glimpse at the end of a creative pause I shared with my sister - just a couple of photos from a lovely day spent making, chatting and taking time out.
