Mario Kart 8 News DLC Tracks, Link, Animal Crossing, Zelda, Tanooki, Cat Peach, Characters Gameplay

Welcome to Mario Kart 8, the brand new game for the Nintendo Wii U! This is the first Mario Kart game in beautiful HD, & they've also added some awesome features, including the new ATV, 9 new characters (2 of which have never been in any Mario game before), 4 new items (Boomerang Flower, Potted Piranha Plant, Super Horn, Crazy 8), & the brand new anti-gravity mechanic, which looks amazing as you follow the track upside-down. In total, there are 30 playable characters (Roster Spoilers: Mario, Luigi, Peach, Daisy, Yoshi, Toad, Koopa Troopa, Shy Guy, Baby Mario, Baby Luigi, Baby Peach, Baby Daisey, Bowser, Donkey Kong, Wario, Waluigi, Rosalina, Toadette, Metal Mario, Lakitu, the Koopalings Larry, Morton, Wendy, Iggy, Roy, Lemmy, & Ludwig, Pink Gold Peach, Baby Rosalina, and Mii),14 of which are unlocked randomly as you win cups in offline grand prix, 21 items, & 32 tracks: 16 new & 16 lovingly remade from past Mario Kart games. You've got to make sure we're collecting a ton of coins, not just because they make you drive faster, but they're also used to unlock the 14 karts, 9 bikes, 3 ATVs, 18 tire types, and 11 gliders. Just like in Mario Kart 7, you can custom select your vehicle, tires, & glider. Make sure you press + to see your stats when you change parts out! Every driver can use every part, but their weight class will change stats & how big of a target you are. Outside of the Grand Prix cups, you can also play Time trials, plus local & online VS or Battle Modes. Bikes, gliders, and underwater driving also return.
