National Conference 2026 - The Huntington's Disease Clinical Trial Landscape

The last decade has seen significant advances in HD science with clinical trials underway both internationally and in Australia. To efficiently approve, pay for, and deliver new treatments when they become available, we must first know how many and where people are living with HD across Australia. HDNA aim to provide the evidence base needed to enhance care and services for HD and prepare for the advent of treatments. Dr Kelly Atkins will discuss the results of our Map-HD Registry, exploring how and where people are receiving and experiencing HD care, as well as the importance of the national HD prevalence study.
