How to make delicious purple pickled onions ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 2-purple onions 8 -ounces of vinegar 8 -ounces of water 1-teaspoon of peppercorn 2 -tablespoon of sugar 3-teaspoons of salt Mix well until dissolved sugar salt add the vinegar and water. Make sure your water is hot place your thinly sliced onions washed and clean into your 16 ounce jar. Pour warm mixture over your onions and let stand until cool cover and refrigerate and they will be ready to eat the next day.
