In Episode 11 we buy some Highland Cow's to keep in our field pastures. We also sale some livestock and our milk production starts to increase. Along with this the chickens are still on top form, the sheep are keeping us in wool (and money!!) and the Goat's are ticking over nicely. Further field work is done including cultivating and seeding.
