Mónica Dupleich, president of the board of directors of the Bolivian Chamber of Women Entrepreneurs, warned that most of its members are at risk of closing, while 40% have already had to temporarily cease operations. The sectors most affected include gastronomy, tourism, handicrafts, textiles, and small and medium-sized enterprises, which face serious difficulties in staying afloat amidst the blockades and economic paralysis.
