Can you build muscle and lose fat at the same time? What if you don’t have access to a gym? In this video I’ll talk about who is able to recomp, and how to do it with respect to your diet and training. A major challenge people are facing right now is that gyms are closed and it’s difficult to make training hard enough. I discuss how to modify your training program to make it more difficult, including intensity techniques like explosive reps, blood flow restriction training (BFR), and rest-pause sets.
