How to Make an Easy Pasta Bake//Husband Cooks Last Minute Valentines Day Dinner!

Happy Valentines Day! Easy Pasta Bake Recipe: Box of Penne Pasta Pasta Sauce 1 Can diced tomatoes ricotta cheese spinach (blanched) 1/2 onion 3 cloves garlic mozzarella Parmesan cheese Mix together in a bowl ricotta, blanched spinach, onion, garlic, and mozzarella. Boil pasta for 10 minutes and drain. Transfer to a baking pan. Layer the ricotta mix and add diced tomatoes and pasta sauce. Lastly, add Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes (covered). Take off cover and bake for another 10 minutes. (if you want your onions softer, fry in a pan before adding them to the ricotta mix.)
