Art Tutorial: Keith Haring Dance Party - Grades 5-6
Create a drawing inspired by the work of American Artist Keith Haring. He was an American artist in the late eighties who got a lot of attention for his bold graffiti inspired street art. He got his inspiration from the break dancing culture and his action figures were characterized by bright colors and bold lines. I would like to acknowledge Deep Space Sparkle for providing inspiration and visual aids for this lesson. www.deepspacesparkle.com Materials: We will use paper, pencil, eraser and markers.
