Tool's Frontman Accused of "Bad Faith" Retaliation

Maynard James Keenan — the reclusive frontman of Tool, A Perfect Circle, and Puscifer — has been hit with a bombshell lawsuit from one of his own business partners in the Thirteen Moons Gin venture. And the allegations are not what you'd expect. Dave Sanclemente, a 22.8% owner and co-manager of the gin company, filed suit on June 6, 2026, in Maricopa County Superior Court in Arizona.
