LOD Flemson Somebody Else

This is gonna be kinda heartbreaking so sorry if that's not what you wanna watch. Just a lil edit to vibe out to, after the finale (and the whole lack of resolution between these ladies!) Overall, I think the finale was a well-made point, and very important for the times we live in, cause genuinely, I'm kinda scared. Props to Jed for writing a series so well for so long, and to hold some purpose even when the pacing was a fair bit off. I'm tired of the queerbaiting. The fact that the gay characters are platformed until they're no longer driving the plot, and the idea of there being chemistry with another character is laughable- which hurts. I'm tired of seeing people just disappear because their agency just isn't as valued as straight characters, and the idea that straight lead could be queer is laughed off so much. Overall though, to have the complex characters we did, the compelling stories and the banter and the action...whew, hasn't it been a ride? Thanks so much to the cast and crew for making these characters and stories and moments. Everything that is enjoyed, is cherished, and nothing could be more cherished than the creation of this series. Particularly kelly macdonald whom without, we wouldn't have had one of the best guest leads so far. There has been nothing greater than the last few weeks, the friends I've made, and the bringing together this has had for my family. While I'm not really sure if i 'ship' flemson, the chemistry was undeniable, and even if kate isn't openly gay, we see this, we see those feelings and that's us up there, in the bar, in the interrogation room, in a car chase and in the corridors. We see ourselves, even if others don't see us. As always, I deffo don't own any of the rights (unless jed turns out to be my dad) and this is all used under the Fair Use Act, under fan/parody. Anyways, that's my sopp out the way. Enjoy being sad and in love again, x
