Installing a pedestal sink ~ howididit ~

Hello there, how are ya? Welcome back to howididit. I started putting part of the "jack-n-Jill" bathroom back together by replacing the old sink and vanity, with a new to me pedestal sink. The new sink makes the room feel twice as big...cleaning, re-grouting, and polishing the 50's tile is so needed for that little space.
