How to Make Sauron's Mace

Sauron's mace can be seen in the Moon Doom battle scenes in the Lord of the Rings movies; the part where Sauron still has a physical body. You can make a fairly convincing Sauron's mace using old wrapping paper tubes, some clay, and a little bit of spotty painting. The clay I found at JoAnn fabrics.
