Isaiah 33–35 invites us to fix our gaze on Jesus, the righteous King who rules with wisdom, justice, and mercy. When all else fails, we discover that only God can sustain us and give us the security our souls crave. These chapters remind us that God is just and judges sin, but also that His desire is always to restore. In the midst of any circumstance, there is hope for those who trust in Him. Isaiah 35 announces the Messiah: Jesus is the way we walk with confidence. He redeemed us, gave us a new identity, and reminds us that we belong to Him. As long as there is life, God continues to write our story.
