I chose to fry, hard-boil, and scramble them. If frying, place them on a piece of toasted bread once cooked and top with some pecorino romano. If hard-boiled, boil them for about 5 minutes, then remove the shell and mix the eggs with a cucumber and cherry tomato salad. When scrambling them, I recommend using vegetable butter. Once they've reached your desired consistency, arrange the eggs on a bed of finely chopped lettuce.
