The chef has been working for over 40 years and has cooked in the kithcen of ITC Hotel Dum Pukht. The chef is known to make Mughalai and Awadhi Food. They specialise in Kakori Kebab, Gilawati Kebabs, Mutton Nihari, Mutton Barrah, Shahi Korma, Mutton Korma, Mutton Dum Biryani, Kebabs, Indian Currries Etc. The chef learnt the art of cooking by his grandfather. The place serves lip smacking starters which are cooked on a live grill. The gravies are slow cooked on coals. I loved the making of Mutton Biryani in an authentic Handi. The place is more of hardcore nonveg food and place for nonveg lovers. Khamiri bread is just top notch with their Indian Curries. We ordered 20 plus items to try and it was a treat.
